Q. How do I download High Quality videos?
A. If the HQ video is available, the HQ button of VideoSlurp Downloader Toolbar is enabled. Just click it to download the High Quality version of the video.

Q. How do I download MP3 from YouTube videos?
A. Run VideoSlurp browser, search for the YouTube video you need, and when you had found it, click "Download as MP3" button in VideoSlurp toolbar. This VideoSlurp feature allows you to convert your favourite videos on YouTube to MP3

Q. I just downloaded a FLV file with VideoSlurp. What is a FLV file?
A. A FLV file is a video file stored in the native format supported by YouTube and many other video sites. To watch it you need an advanced video player. To watch it in a portable device you probably need to convert it in a different format.

Q. How do I play FLV videos I downloaded?
A. You need an advanced video player, like VideoLAN (VLC) or Free FLV Video Player.

Q. How can convert FLV video to play on my iPod/iPhone/PSP/other device?
A. You need a video conversion software like AVS Video Converter. It can convert FLV videos to a number of output formats, suitable for many devices including Apple iPod/iPhone/iPad, Sony PSP, and many others.

Q. How do Enable/Disable VideoSlurp Internet Explorer Toolbar?
A. You can use VideoSlurp settings Window (File->Settings.. menu) to enable or disable Internet Explorer toolbar at will. Please remember to close all Internet Explorer windows in order to make the settings effective.

Q. I can't see VideoSlurp Download Button in my Internet Explorer. Why?
A. If you don't see VideoSlurp button in your Internet Explorer, please download and install VideoSlurp again. If you still can't see it, then you probably disabled it from the Internet Explorer configuration: go in IE Settings, select Programs tab and click on Additional Components button: a window pops up. Search VideoSlurp Video Download button and enable it from there.

Q. How do I uninstall VideoSlurp?
A. To uninstall VideoSlurp and all its components, just open Add/Remove Programs of Windows' Control Panel, find VideoSlurp entry and click on its Uninstall button. Then just follow on screen instructions.

Q. How can I download videos from Tudou.com?
A. Use Internet Explorer to browse Tudou.com. When you are in the page of the video you want to download, press VideoSlurp button on Internet Explorer toolbar: Videolurp will start and prepare for the download.
